Woman Says She Got Cancer by Hugging Dad

Actually, I think research companies such as CSIRO knew about the deadly risk of abestos. So why not the Dept of Defense as they do know about risks, but do not divulge information.

Lots of people get this cancer from breathing in the abestos or even playing in abestos, hugging an abesto clad parent, and such. And it doesn't affect only adults, but children, too.

We've a business called James Hardie who recently agreed to a precedent deal where they have to pay billions in compensation to mesothelioma victims from now to 40 years down the road. Even some of unborn children have mesothelioma, but they will not know about it until they're 30 or 40 when it starts to show up.

It's a terrible, terrible disease.

I dont think back in the 1960s, anyone was aware of the deadly effects from absestos? If they didnt know, how can anyone be at fault? If they did then both the father and the company are at fault. The company for letting their workers work in that kind of environment and the father at fault for not making sure he changed his clothing and took a shower but I really think the father had no idea how dangerous that stuff was. I am not sure about the company...

Yes, that´s right but file a lawsuit against the Ministry of Defense for $146,000 make no sense to me.
