Did you know that espionage and treason are basically same thing. Espionage is a treasonous act.

btw - you forgot that Espionage Act of 1917 was already amended and revisedso I don't know why you kept referring to already-outdated legal statute. It's no longer called as Espionage Act of 1917.
The USDOJ gets to decide whether he can be charged or not.
