Back in day, Gamecube was $199.99 at Launch Day and Nintendo 64 was $199.99 at Launch Day too. I believe that it would cost around $199.99 or little more than that because addition more new technology like WiFi built-in, more cheaper than Xbox 360 (Premium, including WiFi add-on and HD-DVD add-on if release soon) and PS3 (Complete Pack).

You need to remember that Gamecube and N64 were both bulky machine so they had to add to the costs of manufacturing as well price it that high so they could pay for their expensive development kits.

I believe $249.99 dollars with two virual games ( old school games) or $199.99 dollars without a game.

$199.99 would make sense since virtual games are only going to be .99 each.

if the ps3 is really a glorified computer, I would rather spend my money on a real computer, one that can accomplish more task then the ps3 can hope to do.

Yeah and didn't MS say that Windows Vista would work with XBOX 360 thru some kind of connectivity?

not to post repeatedly, But if you think Wii sucks, then why do you think so?

Well, he means WiFi, that where connect via wireless to Linksys router, not Wii but he's exciting about Wii.

99 cents for a virtual game? Are you high? I beleive at least $4.99 dollars to $9.99 dollars.

That's based on Japanese pricing. It may change when it arrives in the US.

Nintendo has stated that the Wii is not really a next generation console thou the graphics are still pretty much identical to the gamecube but built with a much better graphics engine for the Wii.

Rumor has it that since Solid Snake has made his appearance in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, there might be an exclusive MGS title in the works for the Wii.

Let's see:

Twin Snakes was once to be an exclusive version of MGS1 yet, they're remaking it for the PSP under the name MGS: the Graphic Novel.

The Wii will have really fun games for the family because the controller is easy to use. My grandma can join in a simple but fun party game... like Mario Party 8 or whatever number it's now lol.

Yep, but I don't buy 'em cause I don't see them as true mario games.

Yeah? What about Super Mario Sunshine? I had hell time to find all sunshines and blue coins. It kept me busy last week. Now I got more than 90 sunshines and continue play until 120 sunshines is collected. Perhaps possibley play it from beginning again. That's why I go for Wii and new Mario game!

Note: 'Super Mario Galaxy' isnt official name for new Wii Mario game yet.

I still find "Super Mario 64" to be one of the best Mario games I ever played in a long time to come in the history of videogaming.

FYI, PSX isn't release in USA because it's their reason about problem or not sure. PSX is on market in Japan and never shipped to USA yet but it still postpone or cancel, also PSX is successful in Japan.

Well I never said that the PSX was released in America but I'm sure some of you remembered Panasonic's hybrid gamecube which would play gamecube games and DVD movies but never came in america too, and was already discontinued also.
