Bible and science go together. For example, God created everything, and God gave us brain to use it. Now, Liebling, I don't know which you meant, you said differently, you said you rather have history than Bible and other yoy are saying Bible has history. The problem is that some scientist have Bible backup. We don't worship Bible. Bible is a part we study which many missing a point, bec using the Bible without knowing the cultural, and reasoning been written does missing a lot of point. The Bible does not mislocating where the town is, person(s) is the one mislocating whatever the town is, where Jesus born and etc. Bible is loaded with evrything. But deep details is our responsiblity to discover. That's why God give different gifts to each person. Many taking it selfishly. Bible is part of Spiritual Nourishment, without them, Spirit starves.

Why do u feel sorry for them? What is the big deal? Some people believe in God, religion, the Bible, and whorship and others believe in scientific facts, and evolution. If people dont have the same beliefs as u do, there is nothing wrong with that and no reason to feel sorry for them if they are perfectly happy with their beliefs.

I seriously do not understand it when people tell me that feel sorry for me that I havent found God or whatever. I have faith in MYSELF and I accept that. I am not gonna accept other people's beliefs just because they say they feel sorry for me. Why is there pity? Who cares..everyone is different. I dont care if u or other people strongly believe in religion or whatever..that is your beliefs and I will respect that but what about respecting my beliefs or other people's beliefs in evolution?

We already knew where we came from, a long time before there were "scientists" giving their opinions.

If you find interesting to learn anything about bible then study to enjoy yourself to know where we come from like what I read the bible story to find out myself.... no matter what... because you know that every people have different view on the bible or evolution.

You worship bible, is likely you do what the bible says and listen what the bible says and want to know either you are right or wrong and then convince the people wrong... and judge the people as sin etc... (abortion, adultery, sex before marriage, satan, etc.) because the bible says so...

Ummm, do what the Bible says is the same by doing what God says. Bible and God doesn't separate, Bible is like a letter to us. There is a difference between knowing some things doesn't please God and judgine/criticize people. I know study and worshipping is different, but God expect us to study and meditate His Word, without itm you go on your own way, God up there and I'm down here thing. And yes, I enjoying my time with God. Many time people blaming christian by thinking christians criticize, its not always true, people who are not christians do the same thing. I don't agree with either one. Many think that the way of life, religion, buth the truth is, it doesn't work that way.

Bible is not similar as history, the Bible is part of the history. Many does not know how to use them and does quote many scripture without understanding the point of it. I have seen many using to try to appear its contradictions, but missing the point what is about of the scriptures. True, not all catholics are the same and even baptist, methodist and etc aren't the same. Well, not just protestant attack catholics, catholics also attack protestants, but instead I look at that way, its individual behavior, not church label. My brother is a southern baptist pastor who lives in catholic communtiy and they are very cold shoulder to my brother, bec he's "not one of them". But one catholic is friendly and loves my brother. It doesn't matter what church you go and I go, each of us has a responsiblity how we should treat, not by saying " you will go to heaven if.....(whatever church)". I don't believe in that and even tho some catholics does believe you must be born again. My in law is catholic and few times I go to her church, but feeling very uncomfortable and I don't agree how they use, does that mean they aren't one of us, NO. They have faith in Christ just I myself have. Like I said, its individual, not the whole church.

I will be honest with u, I have no idea about other catholics attack protestants but I have been attack by them over again and again. I can understand why Catholics are defending themselves from them. I never believe in attack others faith because I am so happy for them but when they tell me I am damn to hell then I knew they were delusion because they were told by someone to believe in it. ( esp with deaf people who were limited with understanding of spiritual life)Once time I went to bible study and they said awful things to me about my faith in Catholic so that is what upset me when they told my family are damned to hell because they were Catholic then I knew what I wanted. I wanted nothing to do with those religions ever again. I do not trust them at all. My mother was raised Baptist and she was abused and brained washed by those people. And she left those church when she turned 16 and married Catholic, she is happy with Catholic because that is where she found her God there, not in Baptist nor any protestants. I am happy u found God. As for my mother, she witnessed a black man being murdered by white farmer for stealing a chicken and were praised by their pastor ( by announce getting rid of scum)when she was a child, bad example by her own pastor and also they told her she will be burned in hell if she cut her hair real short. Because in the bible women should not cut her long hair and they believed in it. Too much bible thumpers there. Do this do or that, u will be burning in hell. Not Christ way of showing love. I am lucky I did not learn this way with Catholic Church because it was my mother's love who showed me so many good things to protect me from witnessed those awful things my mother witnessed. Anyway to this day people still blame Catholic for past and call it evil. Not what I experience in Church when I was baptist by Holy Spirit what a wow, my own words won't change others but my own only. He did this for me to bring me back to Him then I find others tell me Catholic is wrong and evil. I began to wonder where those ideas come from? Is it His word or man's word? . I find it hard to hear others attack Jesus Christ, all churches are His, He created all those churches for anyone who want to be part of His life and fit them in. It does not matter where or which religion u found, it works for u and CC work for me.

I am Catholic and I read bible everyday my priest encouraged me to read them. Everyone has their own business what to belief. Yet u chose to believe him because he feels this way. He is weird if he believes people should not read bible only priests then something is wrong with him. When I researched my family tree and found out several memebers of my family in 1800's they were illerate and how hell do they know how to read bible if they can not read. They were southern Bapitists, how do they know about God is by go to chruch and listen to pastor all of their life. How do u know they were notbeing maniuplate by pastors? No difference between in those old days and 100 years ago by protestants. Only reason I go to CC because I enjoy go there and feel God present in the Church. As for being a born again I do not believe in those words since too many of them are liars when they said " I am born again Christian" then attack my faith.

Because Catholics all get it wrong in many places. Confession is not to the priest, it is to God and God alone. Mary is not to be prayed to. Doing so makes her an idol. You know how you make sure that you are not being manipulated? study your Bible. The reason they could know is that other people at their church probably knew how to read. Teachers are required to know how to read, and there were teachers in most if not all churches. They would know how to read the Bible, because they taught reading.

Yeah. Like I said, doesn't matter what church you go. All churches/catholics experiencing abuses. Its based on individual(s) who reacting that way, not church labels. Little House on the Prairie is great example, the town are catholics, Ingalls has godly examples, and Olesons isn't, both are catholics. Doesn't matter where to. I feel sorry for the people who believe the lies. I certainly don't respect people who create or promote the lies.

Not necessarily. A scientist has expert or advanced knowledge in a scientific field, and uses scientific methods for discovery. Artists, philosophers, musicians, and everyday people can use non-scientific methods for discovery.

Actually, scientists are still just guessing about the complete appearance of dinosaurs; they don't really know. The good scientists will admit that.

Oh...That is your point of view. I have mine so if I think I am an animal..so be it. It is not the end of the world for me. I have bigger problems to worry about.

Ok, then what about those people who prayed so hard for God to cure them of their illnessness but still died anyway. No difference..that's life.

To me, happiness is having love for myself, family and friends that love me and each other, my health, and I enjoy what I do daily by giving back to society thru my job and donation. If I am happy, no need to pity me. Thank u.

I have been manipulated by everyone, schools, teachers, governments, christians, lawmakers, writers and so on and on. U notice something about me, I hardly do what others says. What make u think we pray to Mary? U only believe what u saw and think it is what we do but not true. Anyway Bible is not 100 percent accurate since someone said Catholic added them but to me protestant church removed few things out of bible when they decided to spilt with church. We do not know whole truth only God. If people want to believe in bible 100 percent, fine with me but do not tell me it is 100 percent accurate which it is not for me. just IHMO, okay.

I loved that show and used to sneak into the land of the set not too far from my in laws. I have to say something here they were not Catholics. Yeah I know I have a couple dear Christian friends, they are very good people but also I have run in bad Christians too as well. Oh well. Me too having problem with too extremely Catholics and Christians. God bless u, beside I am not bro.
