Why was I fired?

At our last company picnic, the management had decided that, due to liability issues, we could have alcohol, but only one (1) drink per person.

I was fired for ordering the cups.

For these Deaf/Blind Members who can't see the pictures - The picture shows a group of people who are having a MEGA-JUMBO sized cup of beer in it.
