why is sk2 better?

I have sk1 and thinking of sk2, but I don't know what the point would be? what does the sk2 have that the sk1 doesn't?

Better reception and upload time ( i think). I've never had SK1, only used it a few times when borrowing my mother's, but I have my own SK2.
