It's all discussion in general, not only about graphic, background or texture.

Just post about why does Xbox 360 is better than PS3?

For me...

Xbox 360 has received 3 exclusive content from download for NBA Street Homecourt, 2 courts are free and 1 courts are paid for 300 points.

GTA 4 of Xbox 360 version would get exclusive content since MS paid $50 million or more.

Test Drive Unlimited on Xbox 360 version is too way better than PS2 version because offers motorcycle, exclusive contents, such as more cars and new level.

Xbox Live has more than 6 million users since PSN has around 2.5 million or less.

Alot of exclusive games like Halo 3, Saints Row, GoW and other more.

What about you?

It seems Microsoft is better structured and experienced to run an online service, and their requirements reflect that. Sony seems to have some hiccups with some of their online gaming, but I am certain they will smooth that out.
The fact is right now, the 360 has the better game selection, but I believe the PS3 will start looking better by 2008, if not better than the 360. I believe a few multiplatform games such as DMC4 will showcase the little things the PS3 can do better than the 360 can.

I would also like to note that the PS3 and 360 versions of GTA4 will get the same downloadable content, but what is exclusive to the 360 is episodic content for GTA4, which will be comparable in size to the Liberty City and Vice City stories on PSP/PS2. That still is formidable, IMO.

Sony still doesn't have a true Halo 3 killer, and that is hurting them, imo. If Halo 3 truly is epic and awesome on all levels like its hype indicates, then it will be an even harder uphill climb for Sony. There are heavy rumors the PS3 will drop to $500 for the 60GB model on July 12, although this is unconfirmed by Sony themselves.

Sony does have Halo clone, that called Killzone but not great as Halo 2 does.

SOCOM is other one that's hotcake for Sony but not part of Halo clone.

SOCOM: Confrontation will come out in fall 2007 for PS3 and going be sell like hotcake as well.

Well X-box360 got Halo while PS3 got Final Fantasy. I would pick FF over Halo any day, since Halo was never subbed. But that's coming from RPG lover so. I think in general Sony is probably more deaf friendly due to many game origin from Japan and was translated in text, rather than Microsoft video games where most is already voice in English.

I will definitely buy PS3, while I will probably never buy any Xbox system. I don't see any reason to get Xbox since I don't care too much for FPS. Wii will take care of that for me.

Halo 2 is subtitled, I 'm pretty sure. So Halo 3 should be subtitled also.

I asked defmatrixense and he said Halo 2 don't have subtitle.

I hope that Halo 3 would have subtitle, wait and see.

Ohhhh boy the subtitles for Halo 2 are in the CUTSCENES! I know cause I played Halo 2 on my old xbox. I DO know that Halo 1's movie cutscenes are not subtitled. So I have a feeling H3's subtitling will follow that of Halo 2.

The 360 would have been my gaming rig except for its RELIABILITY. I had 2 360's break their DVD drives and scratch my discs. I do love the way the 360 plays, but problems with the hardware forced me back to Sony and the PS3. I wont buy another 360 until I see evidence M$ is fixing the hardware problems (not another 3 year warranty, fuck that I want REAL solutions to the DVD drive and 3RLOD problems that is erupting on the 360's)

You are correct it is subbed. Based on Deaf Gamers website:

"Halo was very disappointing from a deaf gamer's perspective. There were no subtitles at all and as a result deaf gamers were completely unaware of the story. Halo 2 is better for deaf gamers but sadly it's nowhere near as good as it could have been. You can enable subtitles for the cutscenes but that's about it. Over the years we've come across some strange ways in which you enable subtitles and the way in which you enable them in Halo is far from obvious. When you first play the game you have to create a profile but there is no option to enable subtitles. However after creating your profile you can choose to edit your profile and then you'll find the option to enable subtitles. Objectives can be checked at any time which is always useful. Conversations and speech outside of the cutscenes are not subtitled and whilst some of this speech doesn't matter and is unimportant, some is actually quite useful such as directions or information you'll receive from Cortana. It definitely pays to check your objectives from time to time in case something has been said to you that has changed your objectives. There is also the problem of not having any visual clues or captions for noises in the game. You won't hear enemies approaching like a hearing gamer would and this can make things tricky, particularly if you play on the harder difficulty settings. Halo 2 makes greater use of icons and in both single-player and Xbox Live games you'll see important icons appear onscreen which convey such information as reload, low ammo, dropped flag and an icon to highlight a friend during online play.

Halo 2 is a successful sequel in all but it's provision for deaf gamers. The single-player game is slightly better than the first game and the online component is impressive although as we said earlier the Xbox Live system itself needs to support text communication in order for it to be deaf gamer friendly. Whilst it's great that the cutscenes are now subtitled it's unfortunate that the rest of the game remains unsubtitled. After seeing what's been done with Half-Life 2 it's obvious Bungie could have done a lot more to make Halo 2 a more complete experience for deaf gamers. That said though Halo 2 is impressive and although a sequel has yet to be confirmed it's obvious from the ending that the story can't be left where it is because it's far from a conclusion. I suspect though that it will be scheduled for the Xbox 2 (or whatever it's finally called). Let's just hope that next time we can say it's fully subtitled and captioned because then it will truly be excellent for deaf gamers."

Well Xbox 360 doesn't offer captions when you download movies/tv shows via marketplace. Still it has voice online chat and no text chat.

For PS3 is better choice for deaf. I own both systems and I am seeing PS3 is going up and Xbox 360 stalled right there. Yeah Halo 3 would help them and it's one of the reason I am keeping my 360 Elite. PS3 has alot of FPS games coming up and you can use FRAGFX playing all FPS games. FragFX is currently sold out and they are going to launch them again soon. I got some notes from rumors on owners of FragFX saying it's good.

I don't see why we should let xbox 360 take advantages of us keep playing their system since they dont offer anything to support deaf and hearing impaired peepz. Sony forced Blu Ray movies two english subtitles one for regluar and another for SDH subtitles for the deaf and hearing impaired.

In 2001 I had got in contact with Xbox complaining about Halo no subtitles and online chat use voice. Until then Halo 2 finally has subtitles but 360 still use voice chat no chat text. That's bad sign. PS3 has keyboard ready and I am sure someday they will update firmware with chat text online for PS3 deaf owners.

XBL now offers MSN chat, BUT you have to pause your game to use it, so in my deaf eyes, it PHAILS miserably. I still prefer to use my SK2 pager for communication, as I can keep playing and do a quick read or send a quick message using AIM on the pager...

Or have Big Screen PC montior next to your HDTV where you playing games. So enlarge the chatroom's fonts and it would be cool. I never thought of this! But hope it doesn't cause any lags when doing them both at the same time.

Both of PS3 and Xbox 360 are equally, they have better compare than others.

PS3 looks like "Wii of high definition" because 80GB PS3 will port with Motorstorm included (such as Wii Sport for Wii) at $600 in next month, also PS3 has released in same year as Wii. PS3 got classic PS games since Wii got virtual games.

If you are hardcore of Japan, that love anything in Japan, where own both of PS3 and Wii are popular since Xbox 360 is nowhere, even don't own Xbox 360.

If I had online game, I would just use my laptop to chat with my teammates while playing video game on television. Maybe I will once more online games are being released to Wii, unless they have usb keyboard for Wii, pretty much like PS3 which also uses keyboard right?

You can use AIM on laptop or PC that next to Xbox 360, then you can chat and play at same time like I did on TC Vegas Six and GoW.

I remember about Steel that said PS3 got owned because UT3 is port on Xbox 360 at first time but all has been denied and Sony signed into contract to keep UT3 and Haze to exclusive on Ps3 for up to 6 month, not port on Xbox 360 until early 2008, probably in March or so.

Now, Xbox 360 got owned, Steel.

Bad news, MGS4 will be still exclusive on PS3, that it.
