Who will win? Google+ or Facebook?

Of course, Google is more powerful.
 
facebook has way more information for marketing then google currently does, which is a massive advantage on their end, but that's changing, should be interesting to see where 2014 heads.

Indeed they are, and they're lovable (at least by me, anyways).

Google is catching up, and fast, so they're gaining..

And they're getting stronger. They're the largest search engine, and I think they're aiming to be the largest social media site, as well. We shall see what happens.
 
Almost everyone I know has a gmail account, no one I know actually uses google+ I'm just saying.

Price? Maybe so, but unlike some people who put EVERYTHING on their Facebook account, I use Google+ sparingly, and only for certian events worth posting.
