Just speaking of Reba and her alone; I cannot believe that over her nearly 2,000 posts, she is still misjudged, misunderstood, villified, etc. Looks to me like some persons are lacking the gift of discernment.

Yeah I undertstand that but it is his opinion and we should not correct it. It is his right to speak like that. I know he broke the rulz of www.alldeaf.com, if it wasn't for www.alldeaf.com rulz then this is public forum therefore, he has the rights.

I do not idolize Virgin Mary. There are some Catholics who do that but there are other Catholics who do disciple to Jesus Christ like me.

Not everyone is alike. There are sections of Catholicism as much as there are sections in Christianity. No one is alike.

Ok I am interesting on what you are saying. I want more information with your belief.

Some Catholics do same thing as Christian. They labeled themselve as Catholic but they didn't realized that, they are Christian.

I am sorry that you had that negative experience. I belong to a "very fundamentalist Baptist church", and I have never heard the preacher say "everybody was going to go to hell." I never experienced feeling that "it seemed like if you breathed the wrong way, you were going to Hell."

... Being a "Christian" does not exempt you from sin. Just because you are "bought by the blood of Jesus" doesn't mean that you're not human and you don't do wrong things.

You are right. Born-again Christians are still sinners. We are sinners saved by grace. But we can still commit sins until we die. I don't know any perfect Christians. I have never heard any of my Christian friends say that they don't sin. In fact, the closer a person gets to God, the more sensitive that person is to the Holy Spirit's conviction of sin.

In many of my posts I have stated again and again that I am a sinner, and that I am no better than anyone else. Also, in my postings, I do not point to individuals at AD and say "you did this or that". I just name sin as sin. It is the duty of the Holy Spirit to convict people of their sins. That is not my job.

I didn't say that he was not allowed to say that. I was just replying to his question about why that offends Christians.

If you bring strong fact with verse to support your statment then I can say I am wrong or whatever.

Simple, Catholic don't disciple to Jesus Christ. Catholic idols Virgin Mary then Jesus Christ. Catholic believes in work will make Jesus Christ save you or good deeds vs bad deeds.

OOCH! I would be very hesitant to tell a Catholic what they believe, or what they should believe. I know that there are many, many denominations of Catholics. They run a broad spectrum in their doctrines. Some even combine their catholicism with Tribal pagan beliefs and practices. Some come so close to mainline protestant beliefs that it is hard to tell the diference. And some are rooted deeply in either Roman or Greek orthodoxy. I am a protestant, but even in my own denomination I see pagan practices and idolitry that offends me.
