Who is right, Pelosi or Panetta?

Who knows what will the investigation uncover? This is why Obama needs to move on and fix the mess, not turn over every rock and see what's underneath because it will undoubtedly stain his Administration.

I really don't think Obama acting cautiously will hurt his Administration.

Funny how everyone wants Obama to "fix everything." He's only been in office since January and can only do so much given all of the problems America is facing right now.

no..... no...... no...... no.......... :nono: You misunderstood my action and my stance. They did question Nancy's colleague especially her top aide. What you think how did the whole thing backfired at Pelosi? Investigation (which was demanded by Obama) has uncovered that Pelosi was involved - a direct contradiction to her denial of her involvement. Who knows what will the investigation uncover? This is why Obama needs to move on and fix the mess, not turn over every rock and see what's underneath because it will undoubtedly stain his Administration.

Again, Pelosi has stated that she was provided inacurrate and purposely deceptive information by the CIA. Any "involvement", as you call it, was based on that innacurrate and purposely deceptive information. These interrogation techniques had already been used prior to her knowledge.

did you know she's a ranking Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee. You're telling me she knows NOTHING about it? NOTHING?????

Where exactly did I say NOTHING? Have you read Pelosi's statement regarding the sequence of events?

And no one knew as much as they have learned since the release of the memos that were kept secret by the previous administration.

And, you need to keep in mind, also, that the investigation is still being conducted. Any action prior to the completion of the investigation would be premature. It would be the result of acting from an emotional perspective rather than a well informed and logical perspective.

Just like you're doing in reverse.

if he's going to do it, he needs to remove useless hypocrites that pose liability. Pelosi for starter. She's a deadweight for Obama.

both needs to be held accountable. Bush's gone so that's over. now Pelosi should resign. Why do you like her so much?

You still haven't given any credible evidence to back up your position.

because you are educated enough to do this simple homework yourself. Like I said - google is your friend. news sites are your friends. :cool2:

It is my political opinion and you have yours.

Exactly. I would much prefer that he defer any decisions until the completion of the investigation so that all information available has reached his desk. Makes me feel much more confident in his abilities to know that he is waiting for all the facts rather than taking possible unwarranted action just to quiet a few emotional tirades. That is a sign of leadership.

As far as Pelosi is concerned, I do not see any justification for the allegations that are being made by you or the people mentioned in the article Reba posted.

Just because I don't think Pelosi should resign does not mean I like her. There's a difference between liking someone and thinking logically about someone who is being treated unfairly.

lol..... lol....... lol....... oye oye oye he's in for some shocker! I'll ask him at the end of the investigation - is it worth it? :cool2:

Bush was proven to be lying by virtue of the memos that have been released. Pelosi has not.

An opinion is not fact.

By the way, people who make arguments back them up with facts. Google is your friend as well. Why not use it to back up your position?

I'm certain that the answer to that one will be a resounding "Yes." It would appear that his motives are much more logical and resigned to gathering all the information available than are yours.

Exactly. If someone embezzles money from a company, the embezzlement does not go away simply because they no longer work for that company.

I agree completely.
