for me, I don't care who invent telephone because it's for hearing. :D hello? I'm deaf! *point my ears* :)

Yes, that's true. Bell applied for a telephone patent in one hour before Antonio Meucci applied it. Antonio's wife sold his invention without his permission so he sued Bell for stealing it. Unfortunately, Antonio died before the Court so a judge approved Bell for his invention. Perhaps, Antonio had a heart attack because of his stress and furious about Bell's fraud.
 
Now I don't have to feel vaugely disgusted every time I use the phone!
Bell=bastard who wanted to sterlize people

Now to persuade the AG Bell foundation to change their name.
