Whine about gender issues

Also, I don't support affirmative action anymore.

It is pathetic if employer hire black man with little or no experience over white man with solid experience because of affirmative action.
 
Affirmative action is stupid.. Hire whoever is best qualified no matter the gender or ethecity or whatever.

I think women should more concern about men getting paid more to do the same jobs .

Yes, but it is a very difficult thing to prove in many cases.
 
Affirmative action is old news back then around 1960 or 1970 when there was so much racial abuses by the whites. There were no equality between the Blacks and the Whites. The Whites always get the privileges while the Blacks or any other minorities like Native American don't have privileges. Then later the Blacks got the right to get a job along with the Whites on the Affirmative Action. So it worked for a while but still no matter what race, every one should get along in the job. Now I don't see any Affirmative Action anymore. It has changed.

But still it is hard to find a job when a employee reject the minority person. How about us, d/Deaf and Hard Of Hearing? We get rejected time after time. No body did not want to hire us because of our hearing loss. Some of them, mostly mild hearing loss or hard of hearing, can get jobs almost easily.

I have noticed that every job in the job markets want someone who graduated from college. Anyone must have a college degree to be in the job field but then get rejected or be told that the interviewer will call after the interview (never call for days). So don't blame on the minorities to be on the Affirmative Action when they need the job bad. Minorities have a hard time looking for a job because they don't have the privilege like the Whites have. You are all whining. :)
 
I find that women are being against by men a lot. Woman who graduated from college with a degree as same with the man who has the same degree as she. It would be hard for her to find a job the same job that she is qualified and had experiences. The men are not equal with the women at all. They just want to control their business which is not good. Both men and women should be equal for pay and the same job field. If both of them have experience, then that is what they can have the same pay. Why in the world would women have to be pay less? I hate that. It just pissed me off when that happen. In the report in the article, it did not mention nothing about Affirmative Action at all. Women are having a hard time trying to making a living whether they are married or single. You, men, think that you are superior over women and minorities. That is not fair. We all want to have equality, no matter what gender or what race or what religion or what creed. Every body were trying to find work or job to survive, even women.

Yes, this pisses me off more than anything in the world almost! Lets hire this black guy because he is black and has ZERO EXPERIENCE over this white guy because he has 20 years experience but we need a black guy in here so nobody thinks we're racist! SO F***ING STUPID! :mad: :pissed: Omg, nothing, seriously almost nothing can burn me up as bad as that does! I don't care if you're black, white, Mexican, whatever, hire whoever has the most experience!!! UGH! :mad: So f***ing stupid! :mad:

use drywall? there is patch or piece of new drywall.
 
:laugh2: No, they're brick in most places, only very few drywall spots.... :shock: I found one once! :D Now they're redoing the balconies in the condo.... I'm seeing a whole new side to my house.... :shock:

It started with the idea to help minorities get their "foot in the door" so they could get that experience. You can't have experience unless you are hired in the first place.
