Never been to either places so I wouldnt know.
..I wish I could answer your question!
Ive lived in both. There's a reason I dont live there no longer.
Food's better in Nebraska tho.
How is the food better in Nebraska? They're both in the Great Plains, what's the difference?

I spent about $7000-8000 in two months going out eating all over the place the first few months I was in Omaha...
Iowa can't compare.
If you're in Omaha, try Nicolas.. Johnny's Italian Cafe... Lo Sole Mio... and Dixie Quicks![]()

Thats okay by me. Different strokes for different folks. You're crazy. Sorry to say that. I wouldn't spend that much on eating out.

BTW, did it ever hit you that I kinda said there was nothing to do in that area of the country other than eat?
What made you want to go eat and eat out in Omaha for 2 months? Why did you live there for a couple of months? Did you know that Omaha has one of the highest property taxes and most people who own houses are not able to afford it and you are better off renting a house than owning a house if you live in Omaha area.
I bought a couple houses there....
It's dirt cheap there too.

My friend's boyfriend used to live in Omaha and told me how expensive the property taxes and it's better off renting a house if you wanted to live in Omaha. He was shocked how cheap the property taxes were in Seattle.
Nothing to do?? I think you must be forgetting the camel racing! :P
