Personally, I don't follow the point of this trend of candidates' wives (of either party) speaking. We're not voting for first ladies. I guess it's just more of the showmanship that conventions have become. They try to stretch the big froufrous-all out a few more days with more "stuff."

Still, that's 11 years as a Senator, state and then federal.

More experience than Mrs.Bridge-to-nowhere, I'll support my daughter but not others like her, Sarah Palin.
