Where can one find scholarships/tuiton aid for deaf people?

If one wants to go back to college, how and where does one apply for all of the available deaf scholarships and tuiton aid? Is it all done through the Vocational Rehabilitation counselor, the college itself, or what? I want to waste no time in this!

Try the financial aid office.

The office at my college had a bunch of scholarship offers that students could fill out. Sometimes, the counselor will have unique offers that can be given to specific students if they asked.

My son got full scholarship because he is dean list and honor student. Also, He got some scholarship from FAFSA.
