What's your lunch tonight?

We had hot beef sundaes. This is the recipe of the Iowa beef council.

It consists of a scoop of mashed potatoes in a bowl, topped with shredded roast beef in beef gravy. If creative, you can put a cherry tomato on the top to make it look more sundae like.

Amazingly, I actually liked it.

That's just like having a dinner of roast beef,mashed potatoes and gravy. Just add some peas or green beans! :ty:

We made individual crustless quiche in our miniature cake maket.
 
Grilled cheese sandwich and peach slices. Those Daiya cheese wedges are fantastic. Melts and tastes just like Velveeta.
 
Tofurkey Italian Sausages and sauteed peppers and onions on whole wheat buns.
