Basil tomato soup with mozzarella cheese and a raw beet with water and Lemon.
 
Good ol' KFC...was out most of the day in the rain....no time to cook.
 
Brown sugar glazed spiral sliced ham, boiled red potatoes and green beans. Topped off with some yellow cake.

Bourbon chicken, roasted potatoes, grilled cabbage, rice pilaf and corn. Smells divine in here.
 
Tonight will be spaghetti and Texas Garlic Toast.
 
Tonight I'm going to the synagogue for special dinner, will meet my mom there.
This is the kind of thing they'll be serving-
...Chopped Liver and Babaganoosh
Main Dishes (meat):
Stuffed Cabbage (cholishkes), Roast Chicken and Cholent

and-

....Kugel, Carrot Ring and More
Desserts: Mandelbrot and Poppyseed Cake

I don't eat meat really but will probably focus on the various salads and various side dishes

That's enough for 2 people, delish!

I made pizza from flat bread topped with purple onions, mozzarella cheese, mushroom and black olives. Chicken on the side .
 
Tomato basil soup, onion rings, and blueberry pie. Free pie day at Village Inn restaurant! :)
 
:wave:the additional pasta and fish fry conversations in various threads got me pretty hungry! So I think I'll have brown rice pasta with veggie meatballs and pasta sauce and salad tonight.
