What is your weirdest dream?

I was watching the premiere "In Your Wildest Dreams" which is about dreams and its interpreterations. That prompts me to ask you guys what is your weirdest dream(s)???

Once I fell asleep for a short nap with my hearing aids on. A girl was standing next to me waiting for the correct time before waking me up. She was sort of clapping her hands out of boredom. That is when I dream of being out by the football field or something like that where people start putting out the bleachers. Whenever they would set down the bleachers, I would hear the clap and again and again. I opened my eyes and saw the girl clapping her hands and I realized that sounds can and do make me dream weird things.

I am sure you guys have better dreams than I do. Any stories??? :)
 
oh mmm I have too many werid dreams,, I guess one of them was seeing a bunch of "BALD" men in their understood on a plane and I start screaming! lol
 
Oh...perfect timing that this thread was created. I had a weird dream that everyone's CIs just completely died on them and all the deaf kids who knew no ASL came screamed to me begging me to teach them ASL. Maybe, it is telling me something, I guess?

Love your dream!!! I wonder if CIs are affected by solar flares??? Nah, I googled it and don't see anything like that. I am sure that dream is a nightmare for those who are against ASL. ;)

Too many to count! I do get weird dreams often! When I woke up I laughed about it or oh shyt or whatever! LOL!
 
Shel, your dream is freaky! :eek3: That tells you something about CI issues later on.

I had several weird dreams last few years, but I am telling you about one of them. Anyway, I had a weird dream about a certain person. Last summer, I saw the picture of a certain person flushing out (like flushing into a toilet), I did not understand the interpretation of my dream until I found out that he is starting to have a serious relationship with his woman. Now, I know why that my dream was trying to warn me.

Freaky, huh? :eek3:
 
Sometimes I have a terrible dream. Someone runs and talks to me in a emergency but I don't understand because I must change the words (English or ASL) to music and I don't know music. I dream I try writing music very fast but I can't understand because I don't know how to write music. But someone won't get help if I don't write music. Or opposite - someone runs to me with music and I must change to English or ASL but I can't. I try to say I can't write music or can't hear music but a person dies because I take too much time (I don't know who is the person).

I don't understand the music part of the dream. It drives me crazy. :dunno:
 
sometimes werid dreams like seeing "NS" dress up in a clown suit flying on top of the car hood! LOL shhhhhh don't tell him I said this! heee
 
I had several weird dream. But this one is my favorite. One nite I was dreaming that I was at the lost child playground. I was walking around looking for a child but couldnt find him/her. Then I woke up and saying to myself no way I am not gotta be a childless. But few months later I became pregnant with my special son. So the dream was telling me not to give up having a child. :D
 
Several times so many weird dreams since isn't one story line.. Mostly thousand different storyline.. Drove me nuts! Sort of my dream is part of fanstay.. Sometimes, Signs of warning real amazing telling me.. Few times, I've alerted with someone.. Interesting it come true.. wow.. Lovely My best friend Dreams but not HORROR.. made me sweaty like a pig!
 
I had something similar happen to me about hearing something and blending in with your dream but mine was visual.. I was in the dorm at the Deaf school. I was dead asleep.. the fire alarm came on and I dreamt that I was getting my pictures taken over and over with the flash of the camera. Thinking I'm a Model posing for my pictures... then it became overbearing. I woke up the strobe light of the fire alarm was flashing. sheesh...I though It was a dream but it was the fire alarm flashing insted of camera flashes. I got up and got my robe on and got outside. Wondering if I was already half awake and the dreams just started blending into reality.
 
Dreams are an interesting phenomenon. I wonder if scientists would ever figure out for sure why we dream.

I always have weird dreams. I remember having them but I don't remember the details enough to tell what it was. A bummer really cause I might be able to make a good book if only I could remember!

I have another one but kinda embrassing. I will say it anyway. I was dreaming that I was on the toilet going to bathroom. Once I felt wet on my bed and woke up realizing that I had to go to bathroom. Zoom I went to the bathroom but already too late. I have had happened few times. My dream was telling me to get up and go. LOL

Ohhh mine almost same as your but when I was sleeping and dreaming that I thought gonna be wet on the bed cuz my dreaming was telling me "pee pee pee" on toilet something like that then it woke me up quick!!!! and zoom to washroom really fast whew didnt wet on my bed lol :lol: cuz dreaming is bother me to tell me washroom!!!!! dont let wet on my bed and it work woke me up and go washroom :D lol :lol:

I do believe dreams can be a warning or prediction what might happen later in life. Sometimes dreams is also like ESP. I remebered I had esp with my cousin and we were talking and next day we both ask each other what we spoke in the dream and it happens. So also other dream I had about my ex deaf bf in high school and had a dream like a nightmare that he had a car accident. Guess what? a friend told me my ex had auto accident and it happens. Dream can tell you something. Even it it just a dream. I believe dreams can be real.

A dream in our sleep is like a mystery. The subject of sleep and dreams has intrigued me. I am sure it had intrigued many people as well. Sleep fascinates people because it may be somewhat reminiscent of death: We lie down, we close our eyes and we are dead to the world. Apparently, only a few minutes later, without being aware of any loss of time, we get up again. Sleep is an event that conveys the subjective appearance of not happening at all. We are not aware of having slept. Sleep is a non-activity that seems to steal one-third of our life. Dreams, that are usually part of sleep, can be very unsettling and can even make us question our sanity.

But why do we sleep and dream?? I bet this has baffled scientists for centuries and the answer is, no one is really sure. Some believe that sleep gives the body a chance to recuperate from the day's activities but in reality, the amount of energy saved by sleeping for even eight hours is miniscule.
 
Yea sleep is a strange way and you dont realized how fast the time goes by. One minutes you sleep and the next you woke up and didnt feel long or short just a normal way. Sometimes you will feel long sleep. One time I fell asleep and woke up thinking I have slept for 8 hrs but not only 3 hrs. The time while you sleep is so weird but refreshing.
 
Pulling the CI off all the children I see wearing it and collect more unwanted CIs from Deaf adults. Then put them all on the ground and drive a road roller over them all into millions tiny pieces. Shovel them up and send it to the CI company.
