To pick certain cruisine is like choosing favorite child. I don't have a preference because I enjoy all variety of food. I am the type of person who'd explore and try out new things.
The last enthic food I have tried and enjoyed so far is Ethophian food. Very good and some are spicy. No use of silverware unless you ask for it. :)
 
I like mexican and i love chinese but i have to say greek is definatly the most interesting that i've eaten I absolutly love it
 
I love asian food in general so I picked Chinese and Japanese. You left out my two favorites, Thai and Vietnamese.
