You best bet is to ask your provider (ATT, Verizon or wherever you get you service from). You don't have to do anything; just ask and then think it over before deciding what is best for you.

You may eligible for early upgrade so check with att.
 
I just want to let everybody know that I have decided to go with mytouch 4g. I'm loving it.
