Cabbage is delicious! Steamed, baked, stuffed, fried, sauteed or just raw, it is very good.
One of my favorite dishes is steamed cabbage stirred into mashed potatoes. Make enough for leftovers. When the leftovers are cooled, shape the mash into patties, dip it lightly in flour and gently pan fry it until it is crisp on the outside and hot on the inside. My husband likes his thin with carmelized onions. I prefer them thick so that they are soft on the inside.
