-Can you guess what I am?

Sometimes I faintly flicker--
I'm usually cold and hard--
Yet I can get soft and smaller when I'm warm--
When I'm being used, if a breeze or wind come in my direction, I'll suddenly be cold once again--

What am I?

If someone guess this correctly, it'll be your turn....for others to 'guess what I am?'

Your'e right, Deathpit. Actually it's gem/rock! Because rocks can be beautiful, but also can be ugly. Some are worth a lot and some doesn't cost anything because you can just pick them up. Some can be used indoors to build up a fireplace, indoor decoration for plants, etc. Some can be put outside as part of landscaping.
