Weird things that you have been told and also weird things you thought would be true as a child.

My mum today told me that when I was little my great grandma had told her I will grow out of my deafness. She has a son who is also deaf from meningitis, mum was like no shes deaf. never change


also when i was little, according to my mum I used to tell her when I'm older I was going to be a boy and wasnt going to be deaf anymore which I think is weird!!
 
Once on television, there was a circus showing, I saw a clown, and my mom told me it was my dad. For years I believed my dad was a clown.
 
everynite i used to ask my sis if my heart was 'going up and down' (beating) I dont know why i used to do that lol!
 
I taught my little sister to say Ballerina as Vallerina, and Vollyball as Bollyvall. Only because I couldn't hear it being said correctly, I honestly though that was what it was. I bet they thought my sister had a hearing problem too. She doesn't though.
 
I used to think the correct way of writing my name included a colon--that is, "N:ika" instead of "Nika."
 
Right now I think I am really a wolf.

Hair all over my body matches the wolf you see today.
 
As a child i used to write backwards as i am left handed so my name would be assileM
