Since most babies weight 7 pounds when they are born.
Do pregnant women have to eat for 2 people?
Or is that a myth?
After having baby, can the swollen stomach go away and can you go back same weight before?
So since the swollen stomach go away and baby is born which make you 10 pounds lighter, and you go back eating for one person, then what is the problem with women stay the same size, they were before?
Do preg women eat for two? No, if u eat for two, then u will be way overweight. average for preg women to gain i think 25 or 30. Been awhile since I was preggy. I remember my ob dr told me to limit to 25 or 30 lbs but I ended up gained more than that.
same weight as before? I did with my first one then second one is harder because of age. After turn 25, my body change so it was difficult to lose weight after second birth than first ones. My belly never is same as I was before pregnant. Of course I miss flat belly. My kids are worth it to have my belly destroy so I am not complain.
I will create thread when I have more time.

I see that too....
I may sound harsh but I'm not really at all. I'm very supportive, especially when people come to me for help. I always check on my girlfriends (girl friends, not dating friends) to make sure they're fully healthy and not in the habit of anything "disorderous". But there are times when you really need to make it clear - disorders are nothing but rather ridiculous labels on something non-existent. One link will say 75% of Americans don't drink enough water. And then you see that half of America is obese (and rising fast). Not drinking enough water is correlated to obesity! It's rather simple math. If there's any religious devouts here - reading through the Bible or any other holy books - you would realize that God does not want to complicate things so you can focus on caring for yourself, for your family, for your friends and associates, and to worship God. If it is really that simple, why are we human beings making this anymore complicated with our diets and health issues? Some things are rather simple! Please stop thinking that disorders are of something very difficult and complicated - it's not!
