I have some questions! Thanks!

My parents did it years ago.

It seems like something anyone could do... if they can stay committed to it. However, I think it's a waste of time and money. First, you pay for membership. Then you pay extra for their food.

It's like saying, "You want to lose weight? Pay us and buy our food." Sounds kinda like Amway and Quixtar where you pay for membership and then spend over $200 a month a month in order to get $2 back at the end of each month.

My family and I used to do Weight Watchers.

They are great to help people to lose weight if they are willing to get help and will able focus to get healthy and lose weight. Only need to pay membership and they have two different kind of programs. They do have the meeting for you to attend to so you can learn about their programs and stuff like that even they will reward you if you lose some weight.

Vampy;

We never buy their food since, we can eat ANYTHING as we want to but just need to count the points from the Calories, Fat Total and Fiber Total on their label that's all. It will be VERY easy for everybody because if we have to eat like Jenny Craig's food then how can we go back to normal food like at the store? Which it is really sucks. My opinion that Weight Watchers are good for most of people who have that kind; good focus on healthy and lose weight and are willing to get help. That's all :)

I have the At Home WW kit from 2001 but quit after a week (dont ask me why, LOL) but I am very determined to stick to it now. I wonder if I can use the old program or do I need to use the new updated program 2008/2009? What would be different? The 2001 kit was Winning Points if that helps.

It is not possible for me to go to WW meetings because I have 2 little kids at home and my husband works crazy hours so I can only do it at home.

Thanks!
