Water make different on pizza

I saw Food Network and found interest that people saying New York Pizza is best during their own tap water that make great.

So that prove by test with Chef who make famous New York Pizza with Los Angeles' water and Chicago's water to see how different.

4 judges find that New York's water actual better than either other during the tasty and mineral balance. That's something I learn. :shock:

Look like I'm going to ask my friend in New York to ship me a bottle of water filled from NY's. And I shall make my homemade pizza.
 
That's interesting. But the water would be stale when it got to you. Better move to New York. :P
 
ha ha yea i have heard about it since i was a kid about the NY pizza the best! The secret is the WATER! :D of course i am from NY. lol
 
Just a simple FYI, From up state ny's water tastes so different than NYC and LI.

NYC pizzas taste good. LI pizza tastes good too. Up state ny pizza tastes OK OK.


if anyone of you who want to taste NY pizza, GO TO NYC/LI, not up state ny.
 
Hmm...

We should start doing different waters for pizza. For instance, we try Dasuni water, Aqua Fina water, Walmart water, Kroger water, etc... see which comes out best. ;)
