Researchers have proven that early physical fitness can improve the brain at middle age. The more active you were during your early years, the more active your brain will become at middle age. If you start exercising at an early age, do more physical exercises, the better your thinking capacity tends to get when you reach middle age. A new found study also shows that if you failed to exercise at an early age, you can do it at the age of 25 and still improve your brain development later. It shows that 25 is not too old as your body and brain still tend to be young and any form of exercise performed on them will definitely give you good results later.

That my friend is some great news!!!!

But your genes call play a role in this too, I had a lot of clients that worked their whole life , and had do chores before going to school then walk to school . Some of them still got Alzheimer or dementia .

Chores isn't real exercise, that's repetition waiting for inflammation to happen. I even find the time to workout, it's as important as eating, sleeping, bathing etc. it all comes down to time management.

You want to made a bet . My clients where in their 80's 90's and 100's , one woman had to got out and find coal on the ground in the winter and carry it home as a small girl. Everyone in the family had a job to do then . Chores was done by people then not by machines. you should had seen how good of the women still looked for their ages , their arms where nice and firm and they never went to a gym in their life. It was from years of hard work.

Right, depends on intensity to benefit from it.

True . People sit down today while mowing their lawns and use a leaf blower
to 'rake' the leafs . I use to love to rake the leafs in my parents back yard.

I was that girl too! :h5: God knows how today's society will turn out, not surprised by all these warnings no one is heeding.

There is a guy that work for our city and he cut the school lawn sitting down , he is as fat as that lady. And the middle school put a ban on kids bringing candy and treats in their lunches , I feel if the city is going after kids candy they should do the same with overweight city workers. The overweight guy could have a heart attack on the job.
