The vblog is dated in 2008; seen it when I first started looking at videophones. Did smithtr tell you this?

I guess I should had linked him to that vblog instead of explaining to him that we're unable to use American VRS.

I found other forum about smithtr s post.

also I may think the FCC has also told not to do international calls either, right?

No, American callers can do outgoing international calls by VRS only. International hearing callers can't do to call American deafies in using VRS.

uh oh very wrong dbarovian agian old school

Sorenson VRS®
Now your friends, family and associates in Mexico can contact you toll-free! To place a toll-free VRS call from Mexico, the caller dials 001-877-510-7655 to be connected to a Spanish-speaking ASL interpreter, then gives the interpreter your 10-digit or Direct VP number. It's that easy. To find out more, go to www.sorensonvrs.com/esp.

Is it used with Sorenson's own money, or taxpayers' money?

wtf! yet we Canadians cannot call the Sorenson VRS while they have used Canadian interpreters at their call centre!

It sure looks like a double standard.
