Finlay did not like to swim a lot! When I played ball with him near a pond Finlay would wait for another dog to retrieve his ball if it landed in the water! I thought that was smart and funny having another dog get all wet while Finlay stayed dry! The only time Finlay did swim out to retrieve his ball in the water he when under for a second and did not come back up! I can't swim but I was about to jump in the water if Finlay did not come back up! Finlay never when swimming again after this happen.
