Ever notice how some people want some phones, but are unable to use it under their cell phone provider?

Well, that's what is un-American!

There are a lot of new technologies available all over the world, and we can't even use it because our cell phone companies don't support that product.

They should allow us to use any phone with any provider. For instance, my parents and family use Verizon as their cell phone provider, but my Sidekick is T-Mobile. If I want to be able to make unlimited phone calls with my parents, I have to be a Verizon user. Yet, Verizon doesn't support the Sidekick. So, all phone calls to my parents cost money. :(
 
Only problem about SK series cannot be under Verizon because of no CDMA support, need have GSM support, you can use T-Mobile or att.

France's law require all phone to be unlocked, it's best place to buy iPhone in France because of unlocked.
 
Yes I noticed that. I cant use sidekick here where I live but my friend came here and used the sidekick and it worked? I was like wtf? Why they said there is no coverage here? I dont understand? jeez.

Same as Sprint said no coverage here but my second momma came here and the blackberry worked here? so oh well.

the only thing that would work here is AT& T. thats what i am using right now. Better than nothing. :)

You can use unlocked SK with att sim card, it should work but only can find from ebay.

Really? I didnt know can do that???


i use GO phone.. Pick a plan and pay every month... its prepaid.. but not use prepaid card nothing.. just 29.99 a month ... so if i buy a sk from ebay then put the sim card i already have in my phone will work in sk?? i wonder?

GSM is an international support, already. CDMA is not worldwide, But its only in North America (and some asia, depend on site). <~I am not sure..
