Urrh? Disabled reputation?

:confused: What is up with those reputation? Is it bad if I have a disabed reputation?

I know there is a thread somewhere regarding with the usage and purpose of the reputation so mods could merge this with it..
 
You have it disabled yourself. If you go to User CP, you can make it enabled so that you can see the reputation points that people give you.
