A substitute teacher admitted trying to buy marijuana from a student at a western New York school.
Thirty-four-year-old Todd Christensen pleaded guilty this week to endangering the welfare of a child and possession of
marijuana.
Christensen had worked as a substitute for a year at Canandaigua Academy. Police said in December he asked a student to sell him marijuana. The teen contacted police and helped arrange a drug sale in February that led to Christensen's arrest.
He faces a year in jail when he's sentenced June 29.
