It is a way of communication between deaf and hearing. Like if you go to the doctor and need to communication with the doctor so the dr will type the information on the keyboard for you to read. Dont need the interperter or waiting for the interperter. Come to think of it if all deaf ppl get this then there will be a decline of the interpeter and they lose their job as the mean of their earning living.
