Hello everyone :wave:

OK I'm doing research so bare with me. It's sort of like a survey.

I would like for anyone to name a (famous) person who is deaf.
If it is not asking for too much, please indicate if you are hearing, Deaf, deaf, or hearing impaired.

I am not looking for the names of famous deaf people. I know of many. I want to know what comes to the minds of other people. It's a research project for a class.

Heather Whitestone-McCallum just popped up in my mind. She is deaf, but not culturally deaf..

If you want one that consider her/himself to be culturally deaf -- Shoshannah Stern comes to mind.

I am deaf.
