INKSTER, Mich. (WXYZ) - A student was assaulted before school this morning.
It happened after he got off the bus at Inkster High School.
Police say the 14-year-old boy was approached by two males behind the school. They forced him to the ground and shaved part of his head. Then they took off laughing.
The Deputy Police Chief says he doesn’t find it funny. “We are taking this serious, not as a prank serious. We are looking for anyone with information,” says Inkster Deputy Police Chief Hilton Napoleon.
“Any time you force somebody to the ground and do something to them against their will, I take everything serious and I think it’s very serious.”
The teenager says he doesn’t know the two people who did this to him. Police are looking at surveillance video.
