Sometimes I saw the word "Turnkey" but
I was not able to understand what does the
Turnkey look like ? Is it something like
an automatic program for Real Estate ?
Have you ever seen what it look like ?
What do you think of the Turnkey ?

"Turnkey" means you get the key to the house (or business), put it in the door lock, turn it, open the door, go in, and everything is already set up for you.

A "turnkey" business is one that has everything supplied so a new owner can just take over.

A "turnkey" house is one that has everything ready for a new owner to just move in without making any changes or additions.

Do you mean one of those situations?

I'm not sure but I recalled reading some
business opportunities with Turnkey so
I would assume #2:

A "turnkey" business is one that has everything supplied

Turnkey is actually a small business that you own and operate. Let's say it this way. Have you been to a restraunt and seen a small coin operated jukebox or game on the table? The restraunt does not own it or operate it. What they do is have someone come in and that person splints the profit witht he restraunt. That, my friend, is a turnkey business.
