I am not "for abortion". I do not think abortion is the right way to deal with an unexpected pregnancy, but I'm not so foolish as to say that just because I would never myself have an abortion that no one else can have one either.

I am not "for homosexuality". I think that what goes on in a private room between two consenting adults is no business of the state or a local religious leader. Would you like it if you had a girlfriend and I told all of your friends that you were having hot sex with her every night? Would you like it if I started preaching to you about heterosexuality being immoral?

I am not "Anti-Bible". I do believe in the value of Scripture, I simply choose to use a different holy book than you do. I am not opposed to those who choose to use the Bible, only those like you who wholly misinterpret the text in order to justify grave evil and deviation from God's laws.

These are all silly labels you have created for me in order to comfort yourself. You've never felt God in your life before... And as long as you think that you're doing the right thing, you never will. I pity you, I really do.

As a history minor, I would go by the earliest date of whatever is written and its generation. That means that if what you say is a rewrite of what was written earlier, it has no credibility. The original carries the original credibility, not rewrites, paraphrases or quotations of such by whomever author.
