Troops shot and injured a child in Jabalia, a deaf resident in Beit Hanoun - International Middle East Media Center - IMEMC

Palestinian Minister of Health, Dr. Radwan Al Akhras, stated on Friday at night that Israeli troops kidnapped a 12-year old child, after injuring him east of Jabalia, in the northern part of the Gaza Strip. A deaf resident was shot an injured in a separate attack in Beit Hanoun, also in the northern part of the Gaza Strip.

Dr. Al Akhras stated that soldiers shot the child, bared Palestinian ambulances from reaching him, and kidnapped him. The child was playing along with several other children in the area.

He appealed human rights groups and the UNICEF to intervene and pressure the Israeli army in order to release the injured child and to provide him with the needed medical attention.

Dr. Akhras stated that the international community must act for the protection of the Palestinian people and children.

Moreover, Dr. Al Akhras added that Israeli soldiers fired on Friday at night a deaf resident, in Beit Hanoun, in the northern part of the Gaza Strip, and injured him.

The resident was identified as Imad Tawfiq Wahdan, 27. He was injured by a round of live ammunition in his shoulder.

Dr. Al Akhras slammed the military attacks and said that Israel should stop targeting, women, children elderly and handicapped persons

Well, war is suppose to be hell. But that's sucks to hear that at least that's good he's survive from the gunshot wounded.
