Traveling to Menorca or Mollorca in Spain

My husband and I decided to plan a vacation to honor ourselves. Hell, we've not had our honeymoon after we married. I let him choose the destination - and he wants to go to Spain. It is a cheap location for us since we live in Europe.

We are thinking Mollorca or Menorca. We want to stay in Menorca, and relax.. because it's a quiet island. We reasoned that we could take a boat out to Mollorca and explore the bigger cities there, and return to Menorce if we wanted to. I also am asking the travel agencies if they are able to find a deaf friendly activity - like if there is a guided tour that would give me scripted books or an interpreter (probably impossible).

Has anybody been to Mollorca or Menorca? If so, what's your advice?

No, I never been to either of them.. Must be nice to go on a vacation with ur husband.. Sound real Romance...Whatever you Choose Would turn out the best Trip for you both.

If you love disco, loud music, exciting etc etc then Mollorca..
If you need be lazy/peaceful then Mencora...

I must admit that Menorca is the most beautiful island but you can ship to Mollorca for day outing...

I travel alot to every countries... I´m afraid to tell you that none have deaf guides there...

Of course you would meet deafies there only if you are lucky. Alot of deafies from Europe went Spain but to different islands...

We do is living at hearing world but we doing it well with the help from Travel Agencies in the hotels where we stay...

Every travel agcenies MUST be there at hotel where you are plan to stay to help you... They will be happy to help you when you have any questions there...
They are very helpful...
You do not need worry about deafies...You will feel more relax at hearing world. They are good to deal with disabities at every hotel... You will get special help when they learn that you are deaf... They would do everything to meet your requestion.
I do that very often.

They have plenty guides maps & offer of bus tour to anywhere in the hotels...

Liebling, I appreciate the advice and you are so right. I'll just enjoy it and do with what I can do with. I just didn't Imp to work twice as hard on this vacation when I could get others to do it for me ya know?? Thanks!

Yeah, I understand you do care about your Imp & want him enjoy his vacation without put him work hard.
I know Imp wouldnt feel that you put him much work because you´re his wife, he´re happy with. He would be happy to be with you & support you anything there...
Liza, you & Imp would be there to be lazy & toooo much in love, have a fun without stress

No Deafie Guide in Spain.
I only know that they have Deafie guide in Paris for culture, Art & tourist.
