I practice Shotokan - although my Instructor likes to blend in grappling and takedowns (which you'd find in the bunkai anyway if you go into the kata)
Also use Bo staff - Shushi No kon is really the only kata I know by heart although we do a lot of freestyle.
Back in the UK years ago, did a lot of training with the paired Sai, Nunchaku and Tekko.

I graded to 5th kyu in my previous non-contact basic karate style (which was about as useful as you'd expect) I could have carried my grade over to my current semi/full contact Shotokan style but I'd rather keep training without a grade - kinda over collecting belts to be honest.
I practice Wu-style Tai-Chi as well, just starting to learn the basic sword forms.

ah, i know sushi no kon thats for sure, ten no kon too, i had to choose due to time constraints between kabudo or pursuing iaido and i choose iai --been mesmerized ever since.
