Katlyn Collman, the ten year old girl who was abducted and murdered last week in Indiana was laid to rest Sunday. She was murdered in an attempt to conceal the location of a meth lab in her town of 16,000 people. She was murdered simply because she happened to walk past the wrong place at the wrong time.

I’ve said it a million times before, and I’ll say it a million times again. Tweakers are not human—they are intolerable subhumans who have learned to tie their shoes and to not defecate on the floor. They should all be locked up into state-operated concentration camps, and offered monetary rewards in exchange for voluntary sterilization.

Aw that's so sad, she's such a cute little girl! :(

Here’s the other thread on the subject. I was going to bump that thread instead of starting a new one, but I couldn’t find it at first.

Her family planned to raise money to build a playground in her memory on the site of the methamphetamine operation linked to her death.
The clean-up alone will probably cost more than the playground.

Very sad to hear about the death of a 10 yr old girl, being killed over something so stupid and silly as concealing a meth lab... It's sad to see that a girl's life has been robbed for just around 40 thousand dollars or more in value... A girl's life is priceless compared to anything like drugs. What if she would've found the universal cure for cancer? and many other possibilities... Such a tragedy.

BTW, Levonian, the article said it's 1,600 not 16,000 people.

Oops—my bad. I finished a big project I was working on for my statistics class last night, and I celebrated with a little too much zinfandel. :ugh:
