To those of you with vision difficulties

Much better! Same size as mine now....hmmmm, does sound mysterious....thought you just sort of down-sized ur font...guess when ya are looking at the ladies boobs, ur thinking..."wow! a double D"...when in reality, she is just a "C"...

I am a backside viewer. Those cups are down my list a bit.
 
I dont know why your avator got small. :hmm: Maybe my mind is shrinking.. by the way your font is much better now with the 3 sized fonts. :)

Interesting, I got a private message over this matter. I thought the default font never bothered anyone. It's the default for visitor message pages, size 2 (font 10px) is the default for vbulletin.

I come from a web background, verdana 10 is something I am accustomed to after the past 15+ years online. 4/5 other forums or websites use probably use verdana 10, or arial, sans serif, trebuchet and heveltica size 10 families are often close behind. It's really like an unwritten standard for webdesigning.

I mostly keep it at this so I can read faster than size 12 which takes me kinda a bit longer to read. There is some kind of psychological study on this out there. I take it that people are not comfortable with it eyesight wise? Can you guys zoom your text size up one? It should be CTRL and the + key to increase page size. I got tired of having to CTRL - every time I went outside of AD so I just kept my own font the standard to deal with it.

If I see that we have too many members with vision issues I can probably write up a greasemonkey script so that the fonts on my screen will be defaulted to 10px, but you guys will see whatever is default on the forum.

I quoted you, just to observe the font you selected. It is size 2, same as I used before.

I was surprised to say the least. I have some issues with small fonts, so I thought I was bumping the size up for everyone, since it looked larger to me. Your font looks larger than mine here, but not to the others. :hmm:
