I Want to say something for you..... Good luck when you become rightful owner a home and Condo. Also selling your parent house too. So your landlord will be disappointed :giggle: :fingersx: :):):)
 
Thanks Phillips but hold that congrats...wait until I get the keys in my hand on Monday. I am always soo nervous to open up my emails from my agent now. LOL!

Yeah.. I do hope I can have this farm sold before this winter... but I have to prepare for the possibility that I might remain here till wintertime....
 
all guys congrats....hope keys land on your hand:fingersx:.....you will feel great become ownership house. NO MORE HASSLE rent to rent....move to move. It is over with it and settle one place make more relax enjoy around house. Congrats.

Renting landlord doesn't want you leave the premises.. as long Landlord enjoy smell your expense pocket flies!

Shel and everyone else - I will wish you luck on your endeavors - as well as congratulate those that have completed them. Im still hammering away on getting closer to mine.

My P&S has been signed by broker. So, I can start packing... I sent a mail certified to my landlord. I saw him last Sunday when I came back from my vacation. He approached me and admit that I am a good tentant for ten and half years. He apparently disappointed that I am moving out end of August. It was so nice of him to let me stay until Sept 1st which alot of people can help us with moving on Saturday. It won't conflict their work schedule.

My closing date is Aug 27th in the morning. Cross the fingers, things will go smooth for me.

Wow, I will have my own home as I desire it for all those years ! That morning, I dreamed my beloved husband, Andrew... He kissed all over my neck and face, he looked so happy. I was perplexed why he was so happy to telling me in my dream. That night, my Realtor paged me, "Congrats you won the offer with broker with other people". I was so flabbergasted and stunned. I made many video phones to my family and friends.

Things will be very hectic for me this month. work two jobs, pack, clean and sell the stuffs, etc....

I can't wait to be settle down in new home in September. I will update with you with my new home.

Thanks everyone! We are all settled in our new home. Finished all the unpacking except for decorations which I am working on now but I hate hammering and my body is very very sore from all the moving and unpacking. I have to go back to my old place and clean it up and I am not in the mood for it cuz it is so hot outside already.

It was such a luxury to sleep in our huge bedroom with two fans on. No more sweating in our sleep due to lousy AC vents. The AC vents here are ok but this is an old house so cant complan but we have ceiling fans in every room so that helps a lot!

Good luck Kaalista! I know it is very very hectic especially as time gets closer to closing day. Keep us posted and that's so sweet about Andrew. :)
