For the past while I have been searching through airlines that fly to London, UK for a trip that we are taking in 2 years. I have always found, since the bankruptcy of Zoom Airlines, that this airline offers the cheapest price (and a direct flight) from Ottawa to London. However, because of the cheap prices I question the company's financial stability. Has anyone ever flown through Thomas Cook Airlines? Does anyone know about the financial stability of this company? Is this a fairly comfortable airline, or is it simple to tell that it is a low budget airliner? If anyone can offer me any information, that would be great. I did another comparison tonight and the difference between Air Canada's direct Ottawa-London flight & Thomas Cook's is $2000.

As commercial airlines fan, I have not heard of Thomas Cook airlines before, wish I could help.

I LOVE Thomas Cook Airlines!! They are VERY deaf aware, well at least the 2 planes I travelled on was.
Back in 2006, me and my 7 friends flew to Spain on Thomas Cook and we was all deaf! The air hostesses was very helpful and wrote things down e.g she gave us a card with all the important details and came to tell us any annoucements that went on.

I think Thomas Cook is very popular but I am not sure abt the finincial situation with TC

Thank you for your feedback, Lissa! :) Sounds like Thomas Cook is a really good airline and I'm hoping that it is really popular, because hopefully that means that there is less chance of it going bankrupt. It is by far the cheapest airline to fly on to London, but the bonus is that it is direct from Ottawa to London... which isn't common.

make sure you tell them you are deaf and you would like to know any annoucement and any important information so they will have to let you know by written communication or whatever
