This dog used problem solving skills to get what he wanted. Yeah, so-called "lower" animals are usually a lot smarter than humans generally give them credit for. This video doesn't surprize me at all.

My sister's Pit Bull watches dogs on Animal Planet, and when they run to the right, he runs to the window to the right of the TV to see where the dogs went! When they run to the left, he runs to the left and goes upstairs into the living room wondering where those dogs went! While he hasn't figured out they're not "real" dogs, he knows where to look for them if they were in his home! :D

I think animals are very smart! When one of Finlay's ball when in
the water by accident, Finlay would wait for another dog to get his ball for him!! That is really cute about pit bull looking for the 'other dog' ! I think the dog in utube is border collie, they're the smarter dogs!
 
Yeah, I saw that video before and still think it's funny but smart!
