The Wisconsin Scott Walker Watch

That way we could watch the union folks cry again. Wonder if they will riot tonight???

I am at the bar at the A's game. Asked the bartender if she was union... She said "heck no" so I said then we are celebrating! Tipped her $500 on a $40 tab. It's a great day to be a U.S. citizen

Maybe there will be a recount! Lol. I would enjoy that!
The margin is much too wide for that and they can, if they want to, but the Democrat party in Wisconsin will have to use their own money to fund that and not the state taxpayers. They just poured millions and millions of dollars into this recall effort only to see it wasted and now they don't have much $$ to support the 2012 election in Wisconsin. And add the irony to all this that this has become a huge boost for the Republican party and makes a Romney win that much more likely in Wisconsin when it has been in Obama's advantage.

Had they NOT challenged the governor and went through the whole recall effort they would be flushed with enough money to support the 2012 presidential election in that state. They don't have much now. So, it's a double whammy.

The unions at fast food, bars and restaurants are extremely rare and it has been for many years.

Good for you but you need to think twice about hardworking citizens, regardless if they are union or not.

Walker won = Obama in trouble

(he has been in trouble for a long time)

With 83% reporting with Walker at 54% and Barrett at 45%. That's a 9% spread. And that's with Dane county, the most populous county, at 90% reporting.

88% reporting, the spread of 9% remain unchanged. Absentee ballots will not make any difference.

Just as important you have the LT. Governor, Rebecca Kleefisch, who is the first US LT. Governor to be recalled and the first to survive a recall. Rebecca Kleefisch won HUGE by 56% to 44%

Moments after winning Rebecca Kleefisch says: “This Is What Democracy Looks Like”

Indeed.

On Foxnews tonight with Greta during the vote count this is what I heard they said about why Obama never bothered to show up in person in Wisconsin in support of Barrett:

Greta Van Susteren: I’m curious what the Democrats think about the President’s no-show?

Sarah Palin: I think that the Democrats there understand that the President’s no-show represents the fact that Obama’s goose is cooked!

We'll see come November, won't we?

When do we start deporting Liberals?

(I can't wait!)

I found out why Walker won.

1) A lot of independents consider Walker as best option because they don't think Barrett will going be well when become a governor. They don't see situation with unions as biggest priority. They want good leadership at overall.

2) There are people don't like recall election so they sticking to vote for Walker to keep him in office until 2014, no matters if they disagree with Walker policies.

3) 17% of current Obama supporters voted for Walker for varies reason, probably not satisfy with Barrett's performance on campaign and don't think that he could handle the government job with different parties in state legislative.

4) Walker's campaign is well funded and he got a lot of support from businesses, especially Koch Brothers so he is pretty ready to survive the recall. Barrett's campaign is just very last minute, limited funded and spotty. There are a lot of wealthy liberal donors aren't going throw their money on Barrett because recall will be waste of time.

Now, Barrett lost at twice - 2010 and 2012 so he isn't going to run again in 2014. Independent voters need democrat candidate that has better critical thinking, better leadership, ability to know to handle if state legislative is controlled by different parties and better quantitative reasoning.

No deporting. We convert 'em. Make believers out of them that balancing the budget works and that it's much better to have a surplus and create jobs.

throw me out because I'm liberal?

The liberal is part of political battle for years - liberal vs. conservative

It is just democracy.

Should I deport you because you are conservative? Not really.

nevermind

Even if Barrett wins the recall election, I'm seriously doubt that collective bargaining will going be back to state employees and when once it is gone, it is all gone for now.

Wisconsin is no Ohio.

96% reporting. The spread is now down to 7%. Dane county with the largest population center has now at 100% reported.

Total votes:
Walker: 1,248,373
Barrett: 1,073,446

Barrett loss is sad for union workers, however I don't care about Barrett's loss.

I don't like Scott Walker because of hypocrites.

Wisconsin isn't my favorite place to live, neither is Illinois too.

It is better to let Scott Walker to finish the government job until election in 2014.
