First I want to thanks Alex and the ADers Members who brought Pet Thread into this Forum.

Now the Story I have read in People's about This Guy name Roy Horn stated that he was never attacked by the 600 Pounds White Tiger, which that tiger tore into his neck, punctured and dragged him half conscious across a stage in front of a live audience... he stated that the animal never meant to hurt him but to save his life....He said the reason the Tiger dragged the 59 years old guy Roy Horn was really trying to drag him to the safety after seeing him felled by what he thinks maybe have been a stroke. The White Tiger saw that he was falling down so he went over there just to help Roy... He says if a Tigers wants to kill they would move it out from the open into a more safe and secure place and they usually grab it by the neck... Before Roy passed out he recalls to leave that tiger alone, which means he did not want that Tiger to be killed. So what happened to the Tiger? he is at the Mirage's Secret garden zoo with his brother and sister... Roy still visit him after the incident.

save his life? I thought he almost died?....

In my own opinion, I think he is protecting this tiger of his, I do know one thing that anything could happen around wild animals even house pets too...

Indeed, he survived. But, he is in so much pains. He is on the wheelchair for Life. He spend 4 weeks in the Hospital he drifed in and out mostly out of consciousness and suffered clots and a terrible brain swelling. Unable to speak he says there are pains everywhere in his entire body.. I feel bad for him.

I believe that the tiger did not intend to harm Roy Horn. They have been together for years, and a tiger's stength is unbelievable.

They can crush a man's head to pieces with just one paw in one stomp. Yet, Roy's tiger only dragged him with his mouth causing massive damages. Roy Horn did fall onto the floor, and then tiger began to drag him across the stage. It's like the tiger don't know his own strength which I think is what happened.
