And don't forget the second one, father, boyfriend, or husband can do that revenge against wife, girlfriend, or mother too.

Maybe it's good idea for them to go to jail for taking revenge against each other.

Revenge should be illegal.
 
Yes I would agree to the wife/girlfriend who used Restraining Order out of revenge, go to Jail but how do you prove that? Sometimes Judges cannot see the proof...

I never got one but was falsly charged for some other thing... I got a lawyer and went to police station... answered all the questions... the police dropped all charges knowing that the charges were false.

Yes my ex should pay for those lies... but it may stop her from doing it again or make it worse...
 
I ve been there!!!! not from my ex wife, but from my ex monster in laws ( mother and sister in laws). Which lead marital split. But judge bought there story without my kids testifying. But not domestic violence. But victim protective order. But my ex wife, sneak out to court to drop it and causing her parent and sister furious. I agree with this POV.
