Poorly written. I'm not so sure she will be vindicated. I believe she will be. She wasn't selling pills. This is a witch hunt due to some stupidity on Molly's part.

She's certainly not getting off for the marijuana charge. I'm betting she gets a minimum of 2 years for that.

Yes, the felony means 13+ months in the prison.

It is sad- but should it really be attributed to Gallaudet?

Drug dealing goes on at probably 90% of college campus' (that word doesn't look
Right)...

I hope that people don't have a tarnished view if Gally because of this. This was the doing of one person- the school didn't endorse it.

Are you a personal friend of hers?

700 assorted pills is a bit excessive for personal use.

Why are you convinced she wasn't selling them?

Maybe she was hoarding them for a rainy day?

I think she's an idiot to have put herself in that position, but I do feel bad for her.

The 2010 Voluntary Sentencing Guidelines Manual should be used for all pleas or verdicts on and after May 3, 2010, unless the parties agree to use the version in effect at the time of sentencing. The substantive changes to this edition of the Voluntary Sentencing Guidelines Manual are listed in Appendix J.
2012 Sentencing Guidelines Manual* (effective for all pleas and verdicts on and after June 18, 2012)

It looks DC rarely rely on minimum on the guidelines, it's all maximums on their SG. Depending on how many of those charges stick, it will be added years.

This issue alone shouldn't.....but the combination of this with a few other issues tarnishes them at least temporarily.

Didn't you just ask virtually the same question?

What am I "late in the game" about? Did NitroHonda address whether or not he has some type of relationship with her?

I am. I've known her since she was a little girl. Her sister and I were classmates for years.

It is. Most of the pills were expired.

I believe her and am aware of her health issues.

I agree. She's an idiot... and I also feel bad for her.

I'm speaking about definition of felony and sentencing to the prison.

The misdemeanor - no more than 1 year.
