I knew that. The other trick is to have wad of cash to buy something in bulk on what people want, too. Christmas is around the corner.

1. or you can buy one that's on sale... or has rebate.... and then sell it at below full price.
2. or you can hunting around at garage sales or flea market... and then sell it higher
3. ebay allows only 1 free photo and then they charge you for additional photos so upload your photos to your own site and then link it.
4. it's good idea to add $2-3 more to S/H fee

IMO - you'd probably profit more on antiques than electronic accessories and small electronics. Check around certain categories in ebay to get some idea what to sell. meanwhile - it doesn't hurt to sell comp-related stuff as well.

Yup, I'm aware of all this. I've been an eBay member for 10 years and sold random things in the past mostly from thrift stores. :)

I was on Ebay just a couple years and haven't tried to sell anything yet. I am thinking of selling a couple autographed Rocky Marciano pictures which I know will go for a grand apiece. Not decided yet, though. :lol:

I have a couple more that are keepers. The ones I will unload have creases in them but I checked out the prices for those, so hmmm...

Hmmm, good idea to load the 2 others and sell it to gas up your LeSabre like Tousi said. ;) Or get something nice as your gift.

But even then...

Look at videogames, ever since they started re-releasing games for Wii, PSN and Xbox Live, the retro consoles and games rock-bottomed.

I'm getting it on every thread I make a post to. It just started yesterday. Really frustrating. I normally get 20-40 emails a day, but now with AllDeaf doing this, I am getting 60-80 a day.

Okay - I posted this, then saw Jiro's post about how to fix. Thanks Jiro!!
 
Off the subject:

It is similar Post #15.

On your CP, click "List Subscriptions".

(1) click to mark on your subscription that you want to stop the incoming emails.

(2) at bottom "Selected Threads: Move to folder..." Change it to "No Email Notification".

(3) click Go. That will nuke your new incoming emails from one of your subscriptions.

From what I understand, Esty is popular with those who like to craft products. I'm not sure electronics would be right up Esty's alley unless they'r retro.

Competation is going to be stiff so I wouldn't rely on Google or web site alone. You'll need to get word out in rl about your products just so you know. :)
